1. Introduction

The privacy of our visitors is important to us. This website has been designed to provide information about the restaurant without collecting personal data from users.

2. Personal data

This website:

  • Does not have any contact forms.
  • Does not allow the creation of user accounts.
  • Does not offer newsletter subscriptions.
  • Does not process any online purchases or payments.
  • Does not store personal data of visitors.

3. Contact via WhatsApp

The website includes a button that opens a WhatsApp conversation with a pre-filled message.

Use of this button is entirely voluntary. The website only redirects to the WhatsApp service; sending the message depends solely on the user.

Any data processing that may take place once contact has been initiated will take place through WhatsApp and in accordance with the terms and privacy policy of that service.

4. Cookies

This website does not use its own cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking purposes. The Google Maps map embedded on the homepage may set its own third-party cookies, in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

5. Third-party services

This website does not incorporate advertising or user-tracking tools.

Visitor statistics. We count visits with Umami, a cookie-free statistics tool that runs on our own server, hosted by OVH SAS (Roubaix, France) in the European Union: what it records never leaves that server and never passes through a third party. It records which pages are visited, as they appear in the address bar, from which country, on what kind of device and browser, and where visitors come from (a search engine, another website, an ad). It also records, without any personal data, when a WhatsApp or phone link is tapped. It does not store your IP address or identify you, and we only ever look at its figures in aggregate. The visits it records are kept for three years and then deleted.

The site does include a Google Maps map embedded on the homepage to show the restaurant's location; its use is subject to Google's privacy policy.

6. Changes to this policy

The owner may update this Privacy Policy whenever necessary to adapt it to legal or technical changes. The version in force will always be the one published on this website.
